Quotient Changelog: August 13, 2026

Quotient's integration marketplace expands with five new built-in MCP connections: Airtable, Profound, Read AI, CB Insights, and Grain and a copyable Quotient MCP URL also makes it easy to connect Quotient to Claude, ChatGPT, or any compatible external client.

Connect More of Your Marketing Stack to Quotient

Asset

Five more tools are now available as built-in connections in Settings → MCP Servers. Airtable, Profound, Read AI, CB Insights, and Grain each connect via OAuth in a few clicks, no server configuration required. Installed connections now appear separately from a categorized marketplace, connection errors are clearer, and a copyable Quotient MCP URL makes it straightforward to connect Quotient to Claude, ChatGPT, or any compatible external client. Your agents get context from more of your stack without any of the setup friction.

Other Improvements

  • Flow notifications now target specific people. The Notify User step accepts multiple selected teammates alongside an optional dynamic user field, so the right people hear about the next action regardless of which contact record drives the flow.

  • Flows now have a visible owner. New and cloned Flows are assigned to the acting user. Ownership appears in the Flow list and Settings and can be reassigned from the agent.

  • Archive contacts without losing their history. Archiving hides a person from active audiences, searches, and flow triggers while preserving all past activity, analytics, and CRM identity. If a reactivation event arrives later, Quotient restores the original record instead of creating a duplicate.

  • See all of a person's list memberships from their profile. A new membership panel on every contact's profile shows all lists they belong to, alphabetized and linked, so you can understand their audience footprint without opening each list separately.

  • Save up to 10 assets at once. The agent can save a batch of generated images in a single operation. Partial failures retry individually, thumbnails are queued proactively on upload, and a Copy link action is now available from the asset grid and list menus.

  • Cleaner chat tabs and recoverable drafts. Empty chats no longer appear in the tab bar until the first message is sent. Unsent drafts are preserved across the home composer, full-page chat, and panel within the same business, and thread previews are visible before you open a conversation.

  • Hybrid memory and conversation recall. Memory, thread search, and conversation recall now combine exact-term matching with semantic similarity, merging results by relevance. Exact names, IDs, and codes are less likely to be missed alongside conceptually related context.

  • Capacity checks before broadcast launch. Immediate and scheduled email broadcasts now count the full intended audience against your plan limits before sending begins. If a broadcast would exceed available capacity, you'll see the upgrade prompt before processing starts.
